About Us
Our Approach to Learning
Hands-on Learning Experience
Our program provides a wide range of hands-on learning experiences designed to enhance the social, emotional, physical and cognitive development of each child. The philosophy behind our program is that young children learn best by doing. Learning requires active thinking and experimenting through play activities, to find out how things work and to learn firsthand about the world in which they live. This is true of the infant who explores her world through her senses, and it is true for the older child who is beginning to understand that words describe thoughts and feelings. Play enables children to achieve the key goals of our curriculum. Play is the medium through which children learn best.
Parent/Teacher Communication
Parents and teachers need to communicate! Please feel free to talk to your child's teacher at school or drop a note at the office requesting a call back or a note of response. Parents are expected to escort their child to the classroom. This is a good time to share a comment or a few words with the teacher, or to arrange a later time to talk. Parent-Teacher Conferences are scheduled yearly and as needed.
Nutritious Meals and Snacks
We serve nutritious meals and snacks daily to support your growing little ones! This includes breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and afternoon snack!
So what's the cost?
We understand that childcare can be very expensive! That's why our pricing is given on an income based sliding scale.
Still need additional help with childcare cost? Child Care Development Fund (CCDF) is accepted at our Preschool!
CCDF is a federal program that assists low-income families with a priority of serving Impact (welfare to work program) and those individuals who are transitioning from public assistance, to obtain childcare so that they can work or attend training/education. If you would like more information about eligibility requirements in this program call the Children's Bureau at 317-545-5281 or contact your case worker.

Nursery School
At Perfected Childcare we understand that placing your infant in our care is a very emotional decision. Our care givers take this very seriously and will be supportive and nurturing during this time, making sure that you are comfortable.
Pre-K
Our school specializes in preparing you preschooler for kindergarten with a wholistic approach to learning. We prepare your child by giving them the tools and resources necessary for their continued success throughout the learning process.
Before and after School
Our before and after school program provides a variety of activities to support your child's academic success. At your convenience we offer transportation for before and after school.
Summer Camp
Our summer camp program is filled with lots of summer fun! Your child will experience many different activities and opportunities for development. We also provide care during all seasonal breaks.
